Yes. If your situation changes, you can exit the programme with a three-month notice period, as outlined in the participation agreement. This ensures flexibility for founders while providing clarity for both sides.
Each selected start-up can have up to 5 team members – founders included – working from the hub. If you need additional seats, you can purchase an extra Membership or FlexSeat, subject to availability. Please note that additional seats do not guarantee a fixed desk within the dedicated GrowthDistrict hub.
Your GrowthDistrict Membership includes modern workspaces equipped with ergonomic desks and chairs, high-speed Wi-Fi, access to printers, lockers, Community areas, coffee, tea and filtered water, and regular cleaning. We also offer extended hub access so you can work early mornings, late evenings and weekends, giving you full flexibility to match your start-up’s rhythm. Bring your laptop and plug in – the rest is taken care of.
GrowthDistrict is not a co-working space nor a traditional incubator. It’s a high-performance environment where ambitious founders work side-by-side, accelerating through focus, network, daily interaction and accountability – not through workshops or theory-heavy programmes.

Yes. Each selected start-up pays €35 per person per month. This monthly fee helps us maintain the dedicated GrowthDistrict spaces, Community support and high-performance environment. All other services – including your workspace, privatised MeetBoxes and Community access – are fully included.
A limited group of maximum 20 start-ups will join the programme, evenly distributed across the four hubs.
A jury of experienced entrepreneurs and industry leaders evaluates each start-up based on a clear set of criteria: traction, commercial potential, scalability, ambition, team strength and alignment with the GrowthDistrict environment. We look for founders who are already moving and ready to use GrowthDistrict as a lever for their next growth leap.
Applications close 31st January 2026, selection interviews follow in February, and final decisions are announced in March. Move-in starts 1st April 2026.
You can move into your hub starting 1st April 2026.
Depending on your growth, you can extend your Membership, upgrade to a larger office in one of the MeetDistrict locations, or transition into scale-up support through our partners. Many founders remain active in the Community because the network offers long-term value.
No. We know it’s fun to have our furry friends around, but to ensure comfort for everyone in the Community, pets are not allowed in the hubs – so we kindly ask you to let your "four-legged co-founder” support you from home.
Yes. You are free to bring monitors, desk accessories and small branding elements. We keep the environment clean and professional, so permanent structural changes or large installations are not allowed.
